  • Does it cost money for an estimate?
    All estimates for tree and landscaping work are free of charge.
  • How long does it take to receive an estimate?
    It usually takes approximately 2-3 business days to receive an estimate for regular tree work. The only exception occurs when there is a major storm and our crews are out addressing emergencies. In that case, please leave us a detailed message, and we will get to you as soon as possible.
  • How many days after approval does it take for the crew to come out?
    Once you approve our estimate, we ask you to sign it and send it back to us via email or fax. In some cases, we will also ask you to submit a deposit. Then our scheduler will contact you within 1-3 business days to set up your appointment. Weather permitting, we will arrive at the designated time to begin your project. If the weather does not cooperate with our plans, we will be in touch with you right away to find a mutually agreeable alternate time.
  • Are you licensed & insured?
    Yes, we are fully insured and licensed. We are happy to provide a copy of our insurance coverage upon request. Also, for commercial work, we can add your company as an additional insured party if you so require.
  • Do you haul all wood & debris?
    We clean up after every project. Unless you direct us otherwise, we will chip all the brush, haul away wood and lawn waste, and leave your premises the way we found them. If you would like us to leave the wood behind, we are happy to do that, too. Just let us know what works for you.
